The Swinger 340 featured a 340 cubic inch 5.6L V8 engine among other muscle car amenities. The popular Swinger model was carried over from 1969 and applied to all Dodge Dart 2-door hardtops in 1970. The only exception were the high end Custom trims. Because the Swinger name was applied to all 2-door hardtops it is not uncommon to find Slant Six.
