1099 posts · Joined 2020. #6 · Mar 17, 2021 (Edited) The standard and the 700r is 16 had the same color plastics, the difference was the graphics and the 700r has the remote resi shocks. So that is probabaly a standard but could be a 700r someone changed the shocks. Here is a pic of the 16 700r.

For this alone I believe the R is worth the cost over the 700. The SE has the same suspension as the R and the rest of its improvements are cosmetic.
